Exchange Policy

At ANWARKEFLI, we value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before requesting an exchange:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, with no missing accessories (e.g., buttons), no stains, and no damage.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Conditions:

  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per receipt.
  • Exchanges for items purchased online or in-store can be done by visiting our boutique.
  • If you are unable to visit, you may send the item by post. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us at +60127889124 within 3 days with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Once approved, return the item to our boutique or via post.
  • After inspection, we will issue your exchange.

Warranty & Alteration Service Policy

At ANWARKEFLI, we stand by our quality with a lifetime warranty that covers repairs only. This includes replacing broken buttons (subject to stock availability) and fixing zippers.

Please note this warranty does not cover exchanging the item for a new one. To use this service, simply bring your item to our boutique for inspection. The warranty is valid for walk-in customers only after we have seen the item.

Sleeve Alteration Service

Want to change your long sleeves to 3/4 sleeves? We offer this alteration for RM10 per item. This service is only available for walk-in customers after inspection of the garment.

Please allow 2 days to complete the alteration.
